This Privacy Policy applies to Bojed and the pages linked from the app. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that may be referenced by users or handled under their own policies.

2. Information Bojed may handle

The information involved depends on the features you choose to use.

3. How information is used

• Provide Home, Explore, video playback, profile, comment, like, follow, and posting features.
• Show your profile, posts, comments, likes, follows, blocked users, and app settings as part of the product experience.
• Process reports, enforce community standards, prevent abuse, and respond to safety concerns.
• Support account deletion, sign-out, purchase handling, support requests, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.
• Maintain app reliability, security, and compatibility with App Store requirements.

4. Public and in-app visibility

Profile details, videos, descriptions, tags, likes, follows, and comments may be visible to other users depending on the feature and screen. Reports, blocked user choices, account deletion requests, and support messages are handled for account, safety, or support purposes and are not intended as public profile content.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Bojed does not sell personal information. Information may be shared or disclosed only in limited situations:

• With Apple and the App Store for in-app purchase processing, refunds, receipts, billing, and platform compliance.
• With service providers who help operate, support, secure, or improve the app, subject to appropriate restrictions.
• When required by law, legal process, safety needs, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or protection of rights.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business, if permitted by law.

6. Device permissions

Bojed may request access to media when you choose a profile photo or select a video to post. You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings. If you deny or later revoke a permission, the related feature may not work as expected.

7. Purchases

Coin purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bojed does not receive your full payment card details. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, and payment methods are governed by Apple policies and applicable law.

8. Retention and deletion

Bojed keeps information only as long as needed for the app features described in this policy, legal compliance, safety enforcement, purchase records, dispute handling, or support. You can request account deletion from Profile settings in the app. You may also contact support for privacy questions.

9. Your choices

• Edit profile information from Profile settings.
• Manage media permissions in iOS Settings.
• Report posts or block users from supported screens in the app.
• Use account deletion controls from Profile settings.
• Contact support to ask about privacy, account, safety, or deletion requests.

10. Age

Bojed is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information through Bojed, contact us so we can review the request.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or handling is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
