1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Bojed, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Bojed is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with all laws that apply to your use of the app.
3. Accounts and profile controls
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your profile information accurate. Bojed includes profile editing, appearance settings, sign-out controls, blocked user management, and account deletion controls.
4. User content
Bojed allows users to share short cheer videos with descriptions and tags, view creator profiles, like posts, follow creators, and comment on posts.
- You must only upload content that you created, own, or have permission to use.
- You keep your rights in your content, but you allow Bojed to display it inside the app as needed to operate the service.
- You are responsible for captions, tags, profile details, comments, and other material you provide.
- Do not post content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
5. Community conduct
Bojed has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive conduct.
Do not post, promote, or engage in harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, illegal activity, sexually explicit content involving minors, attempts to endanger minors, non-consensual content, spam, impersonation, or content that encourages self-harm or violence.
Bojed may remove content, hide reported posts, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when these Terms are violated or when action is needed for legal, safety, or platform compliance reasons.
6. Reports and blocks
The app provides reporting and blocking controls. Reports may be reviewed for safety, legal, or policy enforcement. Bojed aims to review user reports within 24 hours and may temporarily hide reported content while it is reviewed.
Blocking a user changes your own experience in the app and does not guarantee that the blocked person receives a notice.
7. Coins and in-app purchases
Bojed may offer coin packages through Apple in-app purchase. Coins are a digital app item that may be used only for eligible actions shown inside Bojed, such as video boosts when that feature is available.
- Prices, taxes, billing, refunds, and payment methods are handled through Apple and the App Store terms.
- Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred outside the app.
- Except where required by law or Apple's policies, completed digital purchases are final.
- Bojed may change or remove optional coin features when needed for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
8. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from Profile settings in the app. Account deletion may remove account-related information and access to account features. Some information may be retained when required for legal, safety, purchase, dispute, or compliance reasons.
9. Availability and changes
Bojed may update, pause, remove, or change features for reliability, safety, security, legal compliance, or App Store requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Bojed is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bojed disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bojed is not responsible for user content posted by other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Bojed after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
